Hands Up: The Videos Page

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010

It’s time to announce yet another minor design change to the site. This time I’m talking about the Videos page, which seemed suitable at first, but then I realised that loading 31 YouTube videos at once really puts a strain on computers. What I’ve got in mind is a set of sub-pages, with five episodes each. However, here’s your chance to say what you think about how it should be. Vote in this little poll and tell me how you’d like the videos page to be structured.

It looks like we have a clear winner there! I’ll get the page set up and running more smoothly as soon as possible.

Roll Up! Roll Up!

You can now watch all the Mr Cheese’s Stop Motion Show episodes right here on this site! Head on over to the videos page to see them all lined up down the page. They all even have anchor tags, which means that you can access your favourite episode quickly by going to:

http://www.joshsunshine.me.uk/videos/#episode_number

And yes, the # is important! Mac Users Pro Tip: Most Apple keyboards don’t have a # key. To type one, press ⌥3 (That’s Option and the number 3 key).

Have fun, I’ll be adding all my videos there when I upload them to YouTube.

MCSMS News: Now Available In High Quality

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

That’s right, folks – Mr Cheese’s Stop Motion Show is now available to watch in High Quality. Every single episode, from Episode 1 right through to Episode 22, can be viewed in crisp detail, newly provided by my excellent host YouTube. It’s not the same as watching in HD, mind – my little webcam can’t handle HD video – but stop complaining! It’s not like you’re paying to watch these videos! Anyway, to watch them in crisper detail, click the little HQ box in the bottom right. You’ll have to wait while another page loads, but I assure you, it’s probably worth it.
